Who makes our jewelry?
Every piece is handmade by artisans at our state of the art manufacturing facility in Mumbai,
India. Fun fact: 80% of our wildly talented workforce is female. They practice yoga and
meditation together every morning, channeling their zen energy into making your new Ella Stein
piece.

Ella Stein offers easy returns! . You must ensure that the product’s original tags are in place and the jewelry is unworn.

We ship via DHL Express and orders typically take 2-3 business days to reach you.
During holiday periods, orders may take up to 7 business days to ship.

Yes, it is advised to keep your jewelry away from water.
