Note - Above shipping rates are for jewellery with its standard packaging only. Display and gift boxes shipping charges will be charged as per actuals.
SHIPPING - Transit Time
- We ship via DHL Express and orders typically take 2-3 business days to reach you.
- During holiday periods, orders may take up to 7 business days to ship.
- If necessary, we may divide your order into multiple shipments.
- When you order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Shipping Address: If you need to make any edits to your shipping address, please email us at wholesale@ellastein.com , vick@ellastein.com as soon as possible.
- Your order will require a signature at the time of delivery.
- Our holiday closure dates for manufacturing are listed below: August 15th and 26th, September 2nd and 16th; October 2nd and 31st, December 25th – January 1st

How it works
Step 1 – Retailers need to fill up RMA authorization form link below

Step 2 – Ella Stein team will generate shipping label to pick up the merchandise and ship it to below address

Step 3 – Retailer can choose from the below two options
Option 1 - REPLACEMENT of merchandise
Option 2 - STORE CREDIT which can be used against future order.
*Replacements and credits will be applicable only when we receive the merchandise at our USA office.
To Note:
- Replacements will be sent out with an open order, whenever possible.
- Standard shipping rate are applicable
- Please note, we will not be shipping your order at $0, rather – we will give you credit equal to the amount you are returning/exchanging! The reason for this is we manufacture and ship your jewelry from a Special Export Zone in Mumbai and we cannot issue a $0 invoice for custom clearance.
- We will send you a pre-paid label to return the damaged merchandise.
- Jewelry to be returned must be mailed out within 14 days of receiving the pre-paid label.
- Your account will be credited as soon as our team receives and assesses the returned jewelry.
